Join Me Tonight for Some St Patty's Day Tom-foolery!
Yes, I am one of the many people who pretend to be Irish on this day of drinking and debauchery. At least I have a little credibilty- there is a Irish looking clover tattooed on my neck. Yep, that's always classy- neck tattoos.
I have already called in hung over tomorrow. Lk is very understanding about these things.
If you find yourself with no plans and want to see a great live band in the suburbs, join me and my crew at Hayden's Lakefront Grill in Tualatin. Yes, it's my favorite local band that I am always pimping on this blog: Tim and Jim. Seriously, I wouldn't invite you all the way down I-5 if I wasn't sure you would love it! Apparently they have some Irish whistle/flute/pipe player joining them straight from Dublin tonight! Sweet.
No really, join me. It will be so much fun. I won't be difficult to spot: I will be the loud, obnoxious blond wearing green, drinking alot, and pretending like I am actually part of the band.
Tim and Jim are playing from 6-9pm. Take I-5 south to the Tualatin Sherwood exit and go right. Keep on a'goin til you run into the place. It's connected to the Century Hotel on the Tualatin Commons.
See ya there!
One last thing- you should never try to lie on the ground and look up the kilt of any bagpipers you might see blowing on their bagpipes on St. Patty's Day. Because their wives might be standing nearby. Trust me on this one.
